Personal Bio
I have worked with SAi for over 5 years, specializing in Flexi software and providing training and support to users across a wide range of skill levels. My background includes 17 years of experience with Adobe software, with a strong focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative tools. Before diving into the world of design and training, I built a strong foundation in the technical field. As a support specialist for the Windows operating system, I developed a deep understanding of troubleshooting and user experience.
Along the way, I also built custom PCs, machines that have powered the workflows of hundreds of users. This blend of hands-on tech knowledge and creative passion allows me to connect with learners on both the artistic and technical sides of the industry.
As an M.C.C.T certified trainer, I am committed to helping others grow and succeed, whether they are just starting out or looking to refine advanced skills. I believe in the power of customized hands-on training to accelerate learning, boost productivity, and maximize return on investment. Together with the Adendo team, I work to evaluate each user’s goals and tailor training that meets their unique needs.

If I could give Jesse more than five stars, I absolutely would.
I first met Jesse about a year ago at a trade show, and since then, he has become an incredible asset to my business. Whether I have a quick question or an urgent issue, Jesse is always willing to help.
He has become one of my go-to resources, not only for Flexi, but for many of the day-to-day challenges that come with running a print shop. I’ve had several situations with my Summa cutter, printer, and other equipment where Jesse has remotely connected to my computer, helped me solve the problem, and most importantly, explained why we were doing things a certain way.
That makes a huge difference. He doesn’t just fix the issue and move on. He takes the time to teach, which has helped me save time, understand my equipment better, and become more efficient in my own shop.
Jesse truly has an “anytime, anywhere” attitude when it comes to supporting his customers. He goes above and beyond, is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to jump in when help is needed.
I can honestly say that Jesse is a major reason I continue to see value in my Flexi membership. Without the level of support and training he provides, I may have considered going in a different direction. His training is fairly priced, his knowledge extends across multiple tools and equipment, and the value he brings goes far beyond what I expected.

Couldn’t have gone any better! Extremely helpful, very task oriented towards my field, clear explanations. Even when I derailed his path with questions off topic, Jesse clearly answered them and got us back on track smoothly. Excellent trainer!

he was awesome with flexi and even better at explaining it. found new ways to build signs that made everything faster and more efficient also the hiccup going from a plotter cutter to a printer set up in the shop is much smoother now. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

As someone who just started out in the sign business this was a godsend. So much information to take in but I learned alot. Worth every penny!
