Adendo offers several methods of training, depending on your exact needs and budget.
One on-one training (By the minute)
How it works – Browse the Advisor profiles to find the best person for your needs and budget. Message with them to make sure they’re a good fit, and once you’re comfortable, click on the “Book me” button. You’ll be able to view their availability and choose a day and time that’s most convenient for you and estimate how much time you need between 15 – 120 minutes. You will be asked to provide a credit card for preauthorization, just like renting a car or checking into a hotel. Once the training is completed you will be billed for only the exact number of minutes used.
The training will be done via adendo’s proprietary video conferencing platform similar to Zoom, complete with screensharing.
What it’s best for – The One on-one by the minute training is perfect for software and hardware training, troubleshooting, walking through an unfamiliar job, and getting unstuck when you’re stuck. You save time and money by focusing on your immediate training needs and paying for only the number of minutes used.
One on-one training (Block A Time)
How it works – Just like the “By the minute” platform, you can browse the Advisor profiles to find the best person for your needs, and message with them to make sure they’re a good fit. The difference is you may purchase blocks of 1, 2 or 3 hours of training, with discounts for multiple hours.
The training will be done via Zoom, TeamViewer, or both depending on the complexity, and must be scheduled for a minimum of 1 hour per session. If you purchase 2 or 3 hours you may break it up into 1-hour sessions. Block A Time hours must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase.
What it’s best for – The One on-one “Block A Time” training is perfect for learning new software programs, setting up new hardware, training new employees, color management training, business and workflow management, or special applications such as vehicle wraps, traffic signage, ADA and Braille signs, 3D routed signs, etc.
vClass
How it works – vClasses are virtual training classes on a variety of topics. Most vClasses are 60-90 minutes and limited in size so everyone has an opportunity to participate and ask questions. There is always a question-and-answer time at the end. vClasses are conducted on Zoom and you will receive a recording of the class to review later.
What it’s best for – vClasses are a great (and inexpensive) way to learn more about your favorite software programs, special applications, and become more productive and profitable in your business. New vClasses are added on a regular basis.
Onsite training
How it works – If you would prefer to have adendo come to you, you can fill out the request form and we will do our best to match you with one of our expert Advisors. Pricing varies depending on the type of training you’re interested in, how much time you will need, the level of expertise required by the trainer, and whether or not there will be travel included. In some cases there may be an opportunity to conduct onsite training at the Advisors location as well as yours. Either way, we will provide a custom quote.
What it’s best for – Onsite training is perfect when you need a little more “hands on” training, or you have multiple people that need to be trained. Although a little more expensive, there are many advantages to onsite training, especially for new businesses, or existing businesses with new and unfamiliar software or hardware.
