How do I download the 3M Traffic HP365 Series 3930 preset back into flexi? It was somehow deleted and I'm not sure how to get it downloaded back to the presets. Our HP L365 printer is not printing the correct Spot Green or Spot Brown.
Thomas Beck Firstly, you'll need to check the version of the 3M Traffic edition. 3M occassionaly makes adjustments tot he ICC profiles to assure compliance. Please get with the SAi tech support team to make sure of this detail. After that, they should be able to walk you through the process for reloading the profile.
